Training Groups

Are you ready to run a half marathon? Join us for the next 13.1 Marathon Training Program, which will begin this June. This will be a 12 week training program to get you ready for the Buffalo Thunder 1/2 Marathon on September 14th, 2014.

We will have a kick off party on Wednesday, June 18th at 6 pm and go over what the first run will entail. If you can’t make it, the first run will be on Sunday, June 22nd at ABQ Running Shop at 7 am. Expect to run around 3-4 miles that first day.

2 coached workouts per week
